- A2 Cow Ghee: Made from the curd of desi cows’ milk, churned with a wooden bilona and slow-cooked over a low flame.
- Bilona Buffalo Ghee: Ghee from buffalo milk, made the same slow way: set as curd, churned with a bilona, cooked over a low flame.
- From Our Kitchen: Pickles to a family recipe, kachi ghani mustard oil and pooja essentials, from the same kitchen as our ghee.
How our ghee is made
Bilona ghee is made from curd rather than cream: the milk is boiled, set as curd overnight, churned with a wooden bilona to separate the butter, and the butter is cooked slowly into ghee. See every step.
