Delete your account

How to delete your Thaaro Foods account and personal data, from the app or by email, what we delete, and the order records the law requires us to keep.

Ask us by email

Email contact@thaaro.in with the subject “Delete my account”, from the email address on your account or with the mobile number you sign in with. We delete your account within 7 business days and email you when it is done.

Or delete it in the app

In the Thaaro Foods app, open Account and tap Delete account.

What we delete

• Your sign-in account
• Your profile: name, email address and mobile number
• Saved addresses, wishlist and cart
• Reviews you wrote and their photos
• Your newsletter subscription

What we keep

Invoice records that Indian tax and accounting law requires: the items, amounts, payment reference, order status and delivery city, state and PIN code of past orders, without your name, phone number or street address. We keep them for as long as that law requires.
