Step-by-Step Process

Fresh Buffalo Milk Collection

The boiled milk is cooled and cultured overnight to prepare thick curd.

Traditional Bilona Churning

The curd is hand-churned using a wooden bilona to separate makkhan (white butter) from buttermilk.

Slow Heating

The freshly extracted makkhan is heated on a low flame for several hours until pure ghee is formed.

Filtering & Settling

The ghee is carefully filtered to remove impurities while retaining its rich aroma and grainy texture.
